God I hate Crap Polls!
I hate crap polls where the choice of options doesn’t cover all possibilities. The following poll just came up on Facebook:
Are you looking forward to the new film Saw V?
- No I do not like horror films
- Yes I will probably watch it
- Yes they are soo scary
- Yes I love these films
- Not sure
Umm, where is the “No, because though I like horror films I saw the first Saw movie and found it annoying and rubbish and suspect the sequels are not any better” option? Or at least just an option for saying no without having to claim it’s because I don’t like horror films.
I’m also not even convinced that “not sure” is a valid response for anyone. How can you be unsure whether you’re looking forward to something? If you’re not sure, then surely you’re not looking forward to it.
